1. The controller

2. Cookies

The site operates with respect for the privacy of visitors.

• General visitors: browsing uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and no data is sent to a third party.
• Signed-in, registered members: a technical (session) cookie is used only for them, for a secure sign-in to the closed area and for keeping the session. These cookies are not suitable for personal profiling, and no data is sent to a third party.

3. Data and the purpose of processing

• Registration data: data given voluntarily at registration (name, e-mail address) are used only for becoming a member, for providing the services, and for identification.
• Literary and community data: content and data recorded by members are handled according to the user's settings (private or shared).
• Payments: donations and entry fees are collected through an external, secure payment provider (Stripe). The controller does not access card data and does not store it.

4. Duration and the rights of data subjects

• Personal data are stored for the duration of membership, or for the retention period required by law.
• Any member or visitor may at any time ask for correction or deletion of their data, or for information about the processing, at vvma@valtozovilag.hu.

5. Remedy

If the processing causes harm to a visitor or a member, a report can be sent to the contact above. The Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) is also open: www.naih.hu.
